The Jake Blackshear Jazz Quartet is made up of some the best jazz musicians in the San Francisco Bay Area. They give a high energy performance of original and classic jazz. Influences include John Coltrane, Ornette Coleman, Sonny Rollins, Youseff Lateff, Dave Douglas, Chris Potter, Kurt Rosenwinkel, and Mark Turner.
